These terms of use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Smartifyyou website. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license to use the Services.

2. Booking and Payment

To rent an EV scooter, you must first send a request message on the Smartifyyou’s official WhatsApp number. Immediately, our chat agent will be assigned to you. Provide the required information as guided by the agent, make the payment and enjoy your ride! Complete assistance shall be provided over WhatsApp.

3. Use of EV Scooters

When you use an EV scooter from Smartifyou, you must agree to the following:

  • You will ride the scooter safely and responsibly.
  • You will obey all traffic laws.
  • You as well as your co-passenger (if there) will wear a helmet while riding the scooter.
  • You will not carry more than one passenger on the scooter.
  • You will not use the scooter for commercial purposes.
  • You will park the scooter in a safe and designated area when you are not using it.
  • You will park the vehicle safely at its designated location when you end the ride.

4. Damage to EV Scooters

You are responsible for any damage to the EV scooter that occurs while you are renting it. If you damage the scooter, you will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Smartifyou is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka.

7. Changes to These Terms

Smartifyou may update these Terms from time to time. If we make any changes to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on our website.

9. For Hostel or PG owners

If you are also interested in making your residence into an EV Rental Hub, fill up the Signup Form on our Home Page. One of our team members will be assigned to you for further procedure.
